Journalists are guaranteed the rights set by the Article 6 of the Journalist Statute:
• Freedom of expression and creation;
• Freedom of access to information sources;
• Guarantee of professional secrecy;
• Guarantee of independence;
• Participation in the coordination of the respective information organisation.
